What counts as an email?

Each recipient. An email to one person counts as one; the same email to three people counts as three. Test sends never count.

What if I send more than my plan includes?

Emails above what your plan includes are charged at that plan's price per 1,000. The calculator above shows when a bigger plan becomes cheaper.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Testing is free. You add a card when you start sending live.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If Outstamp does not work for you in the first 30 days of a paid plan, we refund it.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. A yearly plan costs 10 months and covers 12.

Do you issue invoices with VAT?

Yes. Invoices are issued in Portugal with your VAT number. Prices on this page exclude VAT.
